[ARCHIVED] Tai Chi Basics Intro Class

Intro Class (30-40minutes) will focus on Essential Tai Chi principles. Attendees will do simple Tai Chi and QiGong movements which demonstrate these principles and build mind-body awareness.

A simple Tai Chi form will be demonstrated.
Depending upon the feedback and interest, a formal 10-11 Session class on Tai Chi Basics will be offered later.
