How do I request to address the City Council? - Click to open the request form doc or pdf. Prtint the form, fill it out and either bring it to City Hall or mail it to City Hall. City Counsil meetings are the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month except in December. You can call City Hall, (641)472-6193, to confirm the time and date you wish to address the City Council.
