The City of Fairfield is working hard to develop and maintain community and economic interests that will enhance the quality of life for all of Fairfield.
A "Community-Wide Strategic Plan" has been thought out and is being implemented in stages, while awaiting final adoption.
It was prepared by the Fairfield Strategic Planning Commission with the assistance of The Institute for Decision Making, University of Northern Iowa.
