 SNOW & ICE REMOVAL - - SIDEWALKS
Snow and / or ice removal from sidewalks is required within twelve hours after the snow has fallen and/or ice has formed. It is the property owners and/or occupants responsibility for that removal.
The owner and/or occupant shall spread suitable material, such as ice melt or sand, on the sidewalk when necessary to prevent the sidewalk from being slippery.
In the event the owner and / or occupant fails to remove the snow and/or ice the City will remove it and assess the cost to the property owner.
