Stars & Stripes Wrestling Club will focus on offensive and defensive techniques that will improve wrestlers’ neutral, top, and bottom skills. The club will include the drilling of techniques and some live situational wrestling. Attending additional weekend wrestling tournaments is an optional part of the club.
