1. Where does our water come from?

We have three wells that are tapped into the Jordan Sands Aquifer.

2. What steps should I take if my water service is interrupted?

Occasionally water services may be disrupted due to maintenance or repairs to the water mains. When water service is resumed after such work, the water may contain sediment. When this occurs the best course of action is to run cold water until it appears clear. Try to avoid using hot water when sediment is present so you do not run this water through your water heater. 

3. Do you use chlorine?

Yes, we add chlorine to blend with the natural ammonia in the water to create chlorimine.

4. Do you add fluoride?

No, there is fluoride naturally in the well water.
