Lamson Woods has gorgeous, rustic wooded trails and ponds (no swimming) and connects to the Fairfield Loop Trail.

To book the park for an event, call 641-472-6159 or visit the Roosevelt Recreation Complex during open hours.

Park Rules

• Motorcycles and all motor-powered vehicles are prohibited.
• No fires or burnings are permitted.
• Drive on the roadways.
• Obey park speed limits.
• Deposit trash in the receptacles provided, or carry trash out.
• No horseback riding.
• No overnight camping.
• Park is open from dawn until 10 p.m.
